Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "0rpk" / "Platform" — refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at 0rpk.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and digital products.
• "Member" / "User" — refers to any individual who has successfully completed the account registration process on the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Member to access and use the Platform's services.
• "Services" — the full range of products offered by 0rpk, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot games, crash games, and virtual sports.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of funds currently held in a Member's account, comprising deposits and any credited bonuses or winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by 0rpk under specific conditions, subject to wagering requirements and the terms outlined in Article 7.
• "Real Money Funds" — currency deposited by the Member from a verified personal payment source, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total betting volume a Member must achieve before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary time zone used for all Platform operations and customer service hours.

Eligibility & Jurisdiction

Access to and use of the 0rpk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the Platform from the Republic of Indonesia or from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion register, self-exclusion list maintained by 0rpk, or any other responsible-gaming restriction programme.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 0rpk or any of its associated entities.

0rpk does not represent or warrant that the use of its Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside Indonesia. It is the Member's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using our services is permitted under the laws of their place of residence. Members who access the Platform from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited do so at their own risk.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 0rpk services, you must create a Member Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed, with balances subject to forfeiture.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred payment method details.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). 0rpk will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs through no fault of our own.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify us immediately at support@0rpk.cam if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Non-Transferable: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or allow any other person to use your account.

0rpk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Identity Verification (KYC)

0rpk operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to verify the identity and age of all Members. We may request verification documents at any point during a Member's lifecycle on the Platform, including at the time of first withdrawal or when account activity triggers a compliance review.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• A valid Indonesian Passport
• A valid Indonesian Driving Licence (SIM — Surat Izin Mengemudi)
• Recent bank statement or e-wallet transaction history matching the payment method on file
• A selfie photograph holding the primary identity document

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and unexpired. 0rpk uses secure, encrypted channels for document submission and handles all identity data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. If a Member fails to provide required documentation within 14 calendar days of request, 0rpk reserves the right to suspend the account.

Deposits

All financial transactions on the 0rpk Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions govern deposits:

Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a payment source not belonging to the registered Member will be refunded to the source account and the Member's account will be subject to review.

0rpk does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or any form of payment other than those listed above. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform interface at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the deposit unless an exception is approved by our compliance team.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence.
• Withdrawal requests submitted between 07:00 and 23:00 WIB on business days will typically be processed within 15–60 minutes of submission, subject to bank processing times.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed at the commencement of the next operating session.
• 0rpk charges no platform fee on withdrawals. Any bank transfer fees charged by the receiving institution are the Member's responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

0rpk periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only and may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The applicable multiplier will always be stated clearly at the point of opt-in.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports bets on pre-match markets typically contribute 100%, live bets 80%, slot games 100%, and live casino table games 10% towards wagering requirements.
• Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not satisfied within the stated validity period.
• 0rpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or the use of automated systems — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the 0rpk Platform. Product-specific rules (e.g., togel draw schedules, mix parlay accumulator conditions, live casino table limits) are published separately within each product section of the Platform.

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is only accepted and binding once the Platform displays an explicit confirmation message with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation are not valid.
• Odds Changes: Odds on sports markets fluctuate in real time. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. 0rpk accepts no liability for odds changes that occur between a Member initiating and the Platform confirming a bet.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: the cancellation or abandonment of a sporting event, a clear pricing error, a technical malfunction, or proven match-fixing involvement. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply and vary by product and market. These limits are displayed within the Platform interface and may be updated periodically.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to apply. One void selection reduces the accumulator by that leg; one losing selection voids the entire ticket.
• Togel Draws: All togel draws are conducted using certified random-number generation. Draw results are final and non-negotiable once published.

0rpk reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any wager at its sole discretion, including restricting bet sizes for accounts identified as professional or sharp bettors.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0rpk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using aliases, third-party identities, or fraudulent documentation.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing account management.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any form of financial crime to fund a 0rpk account.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds to place wagers that the Member knows or reasonably ought to know are advantaged by a Platform error.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or any action designed to recover funds that have been legitimately wagered and lost.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, other Members, or any individual associated with 0rpk through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform infrastructure — including servers, databases, or administrative interfaces — without explicit written authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the 0rpk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic designs, software interfaces, game content, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 0rpk or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 0rpk.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use any 0rpk trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could create confusion, imply endorsement, or damage the reputation of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content without explicit written authorisation.

Third-party game content (e.g., titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, PG Soft, and Spribe) is the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by 0rpk under valid licensing agreements. All rights in such content remain with the originating studio.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0rpk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from a Member's own negligence, including failure to maintain account security or failure to comply with these Terms.
• Interruptions to service caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the Member, regardless of any information, statistics, or content published on the Platform that may have informed those decisions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Indonesian banking institutions and e-wallet operators.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 0rpk's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 0rpk makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any service or content on the Platform.

Privacy & Data

0rpk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

In summary, 0rpk collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of our services. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to support@0rpk.cam.

Suspension & Termination

0rpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Article 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a valid legal or regulatory instruction to close the account.
• The Member's own request to close their account.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the account (after deducting any outstanding liabilities, forfeited bonuses, or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any pending compliance review.

Amendments

0rpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform interface or by email to the address registered on your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Article 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 0rpk recommends Members check this page whenever a material update notification is received.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations.

0rpk operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties, 0rpk and the Member agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration shall be administered by an internationally recognised arbitration body, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
